Prior to becoming a real estate Broker, Carl was a federal EEO attorney, the Farmington City Prosecuter, a criminal and civil trial lawyer, and also served as legal counsel to several prominent real estate title companies.

Personal
Carl Schmidt has been married to his high school sweetheart, Peggy, for many happy years. He can think of a few things that he may have done, from time to time over those years, that could have contributed to how terrifically his son and daughter have turned out—but he gives the other 95% of that credit to Peg. (In fact, Carl routinely wonders how he managed to get so damned lucky, in the father and husband departments.)
Currently, Carl and Peggy are having a ball with their beautiful grandkids.
