Neil Bonner is a licensed and insured New Mexico Real Estate Broker. He holds a Qualifying Broker license, which is the highest level of licensing available in the state. His professional affiliations include memberships with the National Association of Realtors®, the Realtors® Association of New Mexico, and the Southwest Multiple Listing Service.

     Neil shares in the management of Desert Sage Realty with his co-Qualifying Broker, Carl Schmidt, an Albuquerque native and retired attorney, and with Linda Vering, who is an Associate Broker, an Albuquerque native and the firm's owner.

     Neil grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Before coming to Albuquerque in August of 2002, he spent ten years in the Midwest, as a project manager, where he built wireless telecommunication networks for AT&T, Nextel, Sprint and Ameritech. Neil is a happy home owner in Albuquerque's Far Northeast Heights/Academy West area.
